前言 由中国驻缅甸大使馆主办，缅甸博文学校承办，仰光中国文化中心、缅甸北京总商会协办的2026“唱响缅甸”中文歌唱比赛正式启动，现将相关事宜公告如下： Organized by The Chinese Embassy in Myanmar,co-organized by Bowen School Myanmar,and supported by China Cultural Center in Yangon and Myanmar Beijing Chamber of Commerce,the M.C.Song Competition 2026 is officially launched.Relevant arrangements are hereby announced as follows: 01 参赛须知 Official Entry Guidelines 活动主题Event Theme 主题：金色大地梦想飞扬 Theme:Golden Land,Dreams Land 口号：展现新风采唱响新旋律 Slogan:New Splendors,New Melodies 参赛对象Target Participants 主要面向在缅甸生活、工作、学习的华侨华人，欢迎热爱中华文化、喜爱中文歌曲的缅甸本地居民及各国在缅友人参赛。 This competition is open to overseas Chinese living,working,or studying in Myanmar,as well as local Myanmar citizens and international residents who share a passion for Chinese culture and songs. 参赛组别Competition Categories 01 个人赛 Individual Competition 1.儿童组：6-12周岁 Children Group:Aged 6-12 2.少年组：13-18周岁 Youth Group:Aged 13-18 3.成年组：19-45周岁 Adult Group:Aged 19-45 02 团队赛（2-10人） Team Competition(2–10 Members) 1.少年组：13-18周岁 Youth Group:Aged 13-18 2.成人组：19-45周岁 Adult Group:Aged 19-45 参赛要求Competition Requirements 01 演唱语言Performance Language 必须使用中文演唱，唱法不限；歌词以普通话为主，方言、外语歌词占比不超过30%。 Contestants must sing in Chinese with no restriction on singing styles.Mandarin shall be the main lyric language,and non-Mandarin lyrics shall not exceed 30%of the total lyrics. 02 演唱语言Song Content 健康积极，弘扬正能量，不涉及任何政治、民族、宗教等争议，鼓励选取融合中缅、中外不同文化元素的改编或原创作品。 Song Content:Entries shall be positive and uplifting,free of controversial content involving politics,ethnicity and religion.Adapted or original works integrating Chinese,Myanmar and cross-cultural elements are encouraged. 03 作品原创性Originality of Works 参赛作品若为原创，需在报名时注明；尊重知识产权，避免版权纠纷，组委会对参赛作品版权不承担无关责任。 Original entries shall be marked at registration.All participants shall respect intellectual property rights to avoid copyright disputes.The organizing committee shall not be held liable for any copyright disputes arising from competition entries. 02 赛事赛程安排 Competition Schedule 本次赛事分预选赛、区域决赛、总决赛、展演暨颁奖典礼四个阶段进行： The competition consists of four stages:Auditions,Regional Final,Grand Final,and Gala&Award Ceremony. 01 预选赛Auditions 1.时间：2026年7月中旬—8月30日 Time:Mid-July–August 30,2026 2.地点：各参赛单位校内。 Venue:Campuses of respective participating institutions 3.形式：校内现场评审或线上视频投稿。 Format:On-campus live judging or online video submission. 4.晋级规则：各校推荐参赛总人数前10%选手晋级区域决赛。 Promotion Rule:Each school shall recommend the top 10%of its participants to advance to the Regional Finals. 02 区域决赛Regional Final 1.时间：2026年9月1日—9月30日 Time:September 1–September 30,2026 2.地点：仰光、曼德勒、东枝、腊戌、大其力、密支那、丹老各分赛区。 Venues:Sub-competition zones in Yangon,Mandalay,Taunggyi,Lashio,Tachileik,Myitkyina and Dawei. 3.形式：各赛区自主选择现场评比或线上视频评审。 Format:Each sub-zone may adopt on-site evaluation or online video judging at its discretion. 4.晋级规则：各分赛区各组别冠军晋级总决赛。 Promotion Rule:The champion of each category from every sub-zone shall advance to the Grand Final. 03 总决赛Grand Final 1.时间：2026年10月中旬 Time:Mid-October,2026 2.地点：待定。 Venue:To be confirmed. 3.形式：线下现场竞演，全程设置三场竞演环节，采用专业评委现场打分、实时点评+现场观众互动投票综合计分模式，综合两项得分确定最终排名。 Format:Offline live competition with three performance rounds.Professional judges will score and give real-time comments on site,and final rankings will be determined by a combination of judge scores and live audience votes. 4.核心表演环节： Core Performance Sessions: （1）自选曲目演唱：选手自主选择参赛曲目，可自备伴奏音频现场播放，也可选择清唱形式完成演唱；支持搭配舞蹈、器乐、朗诵等辅助舞台表演丰富呈现效果。 Self-selected Song Performance:Contestants may choose their own competition songs,play self-prepared accompaniment audio on site,or sing a cappella.Supplementary stage performances such as dance,instrumental music and recitation are allowed to enrich the presentation. （2）舞台表现加分项：评委统一对选手整体舞台呈现进行额外打分，评分维度包含演出服装造型、台风气质、舞台互动感染力、曲目情感表达、创意编排等内容，该部分分数计入选手总成绩。 Extra Points for Stage Performance:Judges will award extra marks based on contestants’overall stage presentation,covering costume styling,stage demeanor,audience interaction appeal,emotional expression of songs,creative arrangement and other dimensions.Such marks will be included in contestants’total scores. 5.奖项设置（按各参赛组别独立评选） Award Settings(Selected separately for each competition category) （1）常规等级奖：每组别设冠军1名、亚军2名、季军3名；各组别设置优秀奖若干，表彰表现优异的参赛选手。 Standard Tier Awards:1 Champion,2 Runners-up and 3 Third Prizes for each category;several Excellence Awards will be given to outstanding participants. （2）专项单项奖：全场统一评选最佳演唱魅力奖、最佳舞台形象奖，不区分参赛组别，依据评委综合打分与现场观众投票综合评定。 Special Individual Awards:One Best Vocal Charm Award and one Best Stage Image Award for the whole event without category division,determined by a combination of comprehensive judge scores and live audience votes. 04 展演暨颁奖典礼 Gala&Award Ceremony 1.时间：2026年10月中旬 Time:Mid-October,2026 2.地点：待定。 Venue:To be confirmed. 03 报名Registration 01 报名受理单位 Registration Receiving Unit 缅甸博文学校（“唱响缅甸”中文歌唱比赛组织委员会办公室）。 Registration to August 30,2026. 03 报名提交材料 Required Registration Materials 1.个人参赛：参赛人员身份证明、年龄信息、联系方式、参赛组别、参赛曲目名称；原创曲目需同步提交作品简介。 Individual Participants:Participant’s identity certificate,age information,contact information,competition category and title of the competition song;a brief introduction shall be submitted together for original songs. 2.团体参赛：全部队员身份、年龄、联络人信息、团队名称、参赛曲目信息。 Team Participants:Identity documents and age information of all team members,contact person information,team name and competition song titles. 04 报名渠道 Registration Channels 教育机构、侨社、协会等各单位自行汇总单位内选手材料，统一登记报送；社会各界独立参赛人员可前往缅甸博文学校现场提交材料，或按要求录制参赛初选视频线上提交报名。 Educational institutions,overseas Chinese associations and other organizations shall collect participants’materials within their units and submit them in a unified register.Independent participants from all walks of life may submit materials on-site at Bowen School Myanmar,or submit preliminary audition videos online as required. 本次赛事以歌唱搭建中缅文化交流桥梁，融合两国传统文化，可搭配舞蹈、器乐、朗诵等多元舞台形式丰富表演；赛事全程由多家机构联合宣传，优秀选手将获得官方表彰及展示平台。特此公告，欢迎社会各界朋友踊跃报名！ This competition builds a bridge for China-Myanmar cultural exchange through singing and integrates traditional cultures of the two countries.Diverse stage forms including dance,instrumental music and recitation may be used to enrich performances.The whole event will be
